My approach is a creative one, drawing upon the transformational processes that I have developed personally over the last two decades and the work I have been doing for the last eight years with Alamandria: The Art of Self-Mastery, Mindfulness and Meditation.
CREATIVITY
I call it Creative Life Coaching because of the creative power of the processes I use – from journalling, visualisations, colour exercises, verse, movement, pre-paving techniques, meditation and more. All these have a dynamic influence on the development of our own imagination, intuition and inspiration and can connect us to our innate capacities for courage, letting go and self-empowerment. Our life can change dramatically simply by adding one or two daily techniques that can strengthen our will power and develop insight and enthusiasm into our life purpose and direction.
