COLOUR SOUL MOOD MEDITATION

What you will need ...

Chalk Drawing Equipment

This is a good soul nourishment ritual to do each day, or every couple of days. Treat it like a meditation and sit in the quiet, with no music or noise, just you mindfully living into the colour.  

 

To begin with sit with your blank page and look at the palette of chalks. You may ask yourself ‘how do I feel?’ or ‘how do I want to feel?’. Allow the colours to speak to you. Trust what you are drawn to, even if your mind is saying ‘I don’t really like that colour’, give it a go. 

Remember,  this is a non-figurative experiential exercise, and the most important thing to remember is to let go of the outcome and live mindfully and quietly into the experience as you go.
